PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polisher and a cleaner exhibiting long-stable surface protection and hydrophobizing effect and excellent gloss by using an amino- containing organopolysiloxane which is slid at room temperature and can undergo a reversible change between solid and liquid states upon a temperature change. ;SOLUTION: The room-temperature solid amino-containing organopolysiloxane comprises siloxane units of formula I (wherein R1 is a hydrocarbon group, an alkoxyl, hydroxyl or a halogen; R2 is a hydrocarbon group; R3 is an amino- containing hydrocarbon group; a is 0-3; b and c are each 0-2; a+b+c≤3; and at least one amino-containing residue exists). R1 is desirably a 1-12C alkyl, an alkoxyl or the like; R2 is a 14-40C hydrocarbon group, especially, octadecyl. R3 is desirably a group of formula II (wherein R5 is a 1-14C hydrocarbon group; R6, R8 and R9 are each hydrogen or an F-, Cl- or Br-substituted 1-10C alkyl; R7 is a 1-18C hydrocarbon group; and t is 0-6).
