PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a boat anchoring protector, which is inexpensive and easy to use, for preventing marine organism such as seaweed and acorn shells from clinging to a boat. ;SOLUTION: This boat anchoring protector comprises; a ship bottom soil- resistant sheet 10 having a size which can place anchored boat 20 thereon, and formed in a shape which can surround the boat 20; a float body 11 provided on both sides and a tip end side of the ship bottom soil-resistant sheet 10; and a means of folding a back end side of the ship bottom soil-resistant sheet 10 toward an upper end of a stern side 20a of the boat 20 to unite with the stern.
