PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the particle size distribution of a material in a narrow range and to improve the uniformity of particle size. ;SOLUTION: In a rotary blade type agitating granulator in which a rotating shaft 13 is provided to protrude to the inside of an agitating vessel 8 and a rotary blade 2 is fitted to the protruding tip part of the rotating shaft 13, a chopper shaft 5 is supported inside a lower half peripheral wall 8b of the agitating vessel 8 with both the ends thereof being supported. The chopper shaft 1 has inside blades 24a, 24b for cracking raw material particles in an inside region II and outside blades 23a, 23b for cracking raw material particles in an outside region I. By such constitution, undissolved lumps of large diameter that are apt to remain in the inside region II are cracked to improve the uniformity of particle size of the material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
