PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly prevent cutting oil or the like supplied into a passage through hole (e) in a tool holder body 1 from leaking from a connection part with a cutter 10 during machining of an object to be cut. ;SOLUTION: This tool holder for a machine tool has a structure in which the rotation central part (x) of the tool holder body 1 has the passage through hole (e), the cutter 10 having a cutting fluid passage e5 is inserted into the front part of the passage through hole (e), and the cutter 10 is fixed by fastening means 3 mounted to the tip of the tool holder body 1.
