PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of steam bubbles in a fuel supplying system in the warming start by closing a return conduit supplied from an approach route by a switchable adjusting member, and regulating a return quantity to the minimum demand quantity or more with all operating pressure by a throttle element. ;SOLUTION: An adjusting member 10 capable of switching at a branch point of a conduit 11 for returning fuel to a reservoir tank 7, is arranged in a delivery conduit 13.1 for supplying fuel to a high pressure part of a fuel supplying system 1. The regulating member 10 is constituted as a close surface wherein a throttle element 10.1 having a constant cross section is arranged, and is connected to a controller 20 through an operation control leading wire 17. The throttle cross section of the throttle element 10.1 is designed in such a constitution that it is guaranteed to supply fuel which is sufficiently for filling a pot of an electrically driven fuel pump by a pump disposed in the reservoir tank 7 even if system pressure is the minimum during operation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
