PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage regenerative power generating system to improve combustion consumption efficiency through recovery of storage heat and provide a power by power generation. SOLUTION: At least one or more pairs of suction and exhaust chambers 8 and 8 are connected to a combustion chamber 1 and a heat storage body 9 to store and recover heat in exhaust gas passing alternately the suction and exhaust passages is provided in each of the suction and exhaust passages 8 and 8 and the heat storage body 9 is formed of a thermoelectric generating material. This constitution simultaneously generates a power since the heat storage body 9 not only functions as storage and recovery of heat in exhaust gas but also generates a thermoelectromotive force by a temperature difference occurring between the two ends thereof.
