PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording ink that satisfies transparency, blotting, adhesion to the substrate and ink spitting at high levels and a yellow ink and provide a color filter of high heat resistance and high color purity, a method for producing the same, an excellent liquid crystal panel and a method for producing the same. ;SOLUTION: The objective recording ink includes a water-soluble azopyridone dye represented by formula (1) and a water-soluble organic solvent, and another recording ink includes a phthalocyanine dye represented by formula (2) in addition to the azopyridone dye.
