PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a various probe circuit assembled by utilizing a surface mounting device by constituting a probe tip adapter including a small-sized unmounted circuit board. ;SOLUTION: A constituting probe tip adapter 100 is obtained by engaging a BNC connector 108 with a probe tip adapter housing 102 and inserting a conductive space ring 104 and a circuit board assembly 106. The ring 104 is electrically connected to a case of a probe tip adapter assembly, and the assembly 106 is formed by inserting a tip node 204 into a central hole of an unmounted board 202 made of two coaxial rings of a conductive material. In this case, the inside ring of the board 202 is connected to tip nodes 204, 206, and the outer ring is connected to the housing 102 through the case of the connector 108 and the ring 104. Accordingly, a mounting device is soldered between both the rings, thereby forming an electric circuit between the probe tip and the conductive case.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
