PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of degradation of original performance of an engine by timing lag or malfunction of sensors in respective parts of an automobile body caused by resistance generated by an electric potential difference generated between different metals in a welded part or a bolted part connecting the negative terminal of an automobile battery to the body or a frame.;SOLUTION: In this method, the negative terminal 8 of the battery is connected to the engine 2, the body or frame 3, a transmission 4, other sensor installation parts 5 and an engine control computer 6 through current-carrying wires 7 to educe the original performance of the engine 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
