PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and easily non-destructively measure dynamical characteristics and a deterioration degree of a concrete of a structure. ;SOLUTION: A surface of the structure is oscillated by using a striking unit such as a hammer or the like. Its wave is received by a plurality of pickups (sensors) similarly on the surfaces. Signals collected by the respective sensors are analyze and compared based on propagation characteristics of a surface wave.
