PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric converter whose constitution is simple, whose heat discharge effect can be improved, in which a container can be designed to be small and large capacity, whose heat efficiency is good, whose heat insulation can easily be improved and which uses a Peltier module such as a revolutionary cooler, a heater, a temperature adjusting machine and a generator. ;SOLUTION: A container 1 is constituted of an inner board 3 and an outer board 4, which are placed by leaving a prescribed interval. A Peltier module 2 is installed in the container 1.
