PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a method for manufacturing an ordinary temperature type paving material excellent in adhesion between bituminous substances and aggregates.;SOLUTION: In manufacturing an ordinary temperature type paving material comprising as base materials aggregates and an asphalt emulsion, a composition, which comprises in a specific ratio a specific reaction product composition of a polyalkylenepolyamine with an alkenylsuccinic anhydride and a modified polyolefin resin bearing a carboxylic group, is added to the bituminous substances in an amount of 0.05-5.0 wt.% based on the bituminous substances.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
