PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate all triplet results with clocking for only two times by receiving the output of a data selector and the subtraction value and borrow data of an operation means and outputting the triplet result. SOLUTION: Plural negative constants are outputted from a constant output part 6. The selector 2 selects and outputs triplet data from a data input part 1 and output from a selector/decoder with priority 3 in accordance with a triplet selection signal. The output of the selector 2 is given to the operation means 7 and the selector/decoder 3 with priority in parallel. The operation means 7 executes subtraction on the data of the selector at every data of the constant output part 6 respectively and outputs a subtracted result and a borrowing value. The selector/decoder with priority 3 receives output from the selector 2, the subtracted result from the operation means 7 and the borrowing value and outputs the triplet result M3 and the triplet results M2 and M1 from output terminals 4 and 8.
