PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of magnetic particles for electrification capable of forming an excellent image, without causing influence of the color change to a photoreceptor in spite of repeated uses, in a so-called magnetic brush charging device. ;SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of magnetic particles for electrification used for the magnetic brush charging device, this manufacturing method is characterized in that it includes a step of performing the surface treatment for the magnetic particles by applying a mechanical stress to the magnetic particles under inert atmosphere.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
