PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the presentation and navigation of CAD data on the Internet web. SOLUTION: Plural building and design enterprises or the like are reserved as members. A user uses a CAD virtual reality system on a web site to perform input and virtual reality design of a three-dimensional CAD figure related to a prescribed commodity and performs presentation online in real time. An estimate price for these CAD figure data and virtual reality design data of the prescribed commodity is calculated, and the price for the commodity arbitrarily presented from the user is set. In accordance with the estimate price and the price for the commodity presented from the user, the commodity is put up to auction by respective fields of the commodity with members of building, design, interior design, execution, material supply enterprises as the object. When trade of the commodity is successful at auction, services are provided to the user from members as successful bidders by fields.
