PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and efficiently grade a slope face by sliding claws or a ground-scraping iron prate on a working race through a wire rope by operating motor winches to cut through a ragged place. ;SOLUTION: Struts 5, 5 are erected at both upper ends of a working face A, and a ground-scraping iron plate in which many steel scraping claws are fixedly arranged at one or both side faces of the heavy iron plate 3 is disposed so that the scraping claws confront the working face A. Meanwhile, the ends of wire ropes 8a, 8b from two motor winches M₁, M₂ are connected to the upper both ends or the ground-scraping iron plate 3 through pulleys 9a, 9b hooked on the struts 5. The end of a wire rope 8c from the other motor winch M₃ is connected to the lower center or the ground-scraping iron plate 3. The scraping claws or the ground-scraping iron plate 3 are slid on a working face A by the operation of respective motor winches M₁-M₃ to cut through ragged places.
