PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ventilation arts for a place under the floor and a loft to suck air from the whole direction of a periphery by fully turning an air suction direction in a whole direction of 360° and prevent reduction of ventilation efficiency even when a local trouble is present, and obtain high ventilation performance. ;SOLUTION: An omnidirectional suction port 13 is formed in a manner to be opened throughout the whole periphery of an outer periphery, and an exhaust port 15 is formed in a central part. A wind direction apparatus 1 is provided to cause an exhaust port to communicate with the omnidirectinal suction port through an inclination wind passage 12.
