PURPOSE: To retrieve only desired data having desired attribute by forming storage of data of a group structure and structure of a memory suitable for storage. ;CONSTITUTION: Attribute data is stored in upper 2 bits of each memory word 11-1, 11-2,...11-m. Also, data attached to each attribute is stored in residual m-2 bits. Upper 2 bits of a reference data register 12 are made an attribute data register 12-1 storing attribute data for retrieving. Also, a residual part of the reference data register 12 (data register 12-2) is made a reference data register in the conventional meaning. And attribute data and the reference data in the conventional meaning are stored in the reference data register 12 and retrieving is performed. Thereby, desired stored data to which an attribute indicating attribute data used for retrieving is attached is retrieved.
