PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an effective oceanic large-scale fishing ground system comparatively saving energy by devising a deep water lifting device i.e., a floating structure provided with a generating equipment utilizing natural energy and a pump driven by the generating equipment, mooring the floating structure on the upstream side of the ocean current to construct a deep water lifting base and utilizing the deep water from the deep water lifting base. SOLUTION: This oceanic large-scale fishing ground system is made by composing the deep water lifting device 1 comprising the floating structure installing a downward hanging cylindrical body, a deep water lifting pipe on the bottom end of the cylindrical body reaching to the deep water zone, an opening for discharging the deep water on the upper part of the cylindrical body and a ballast tank on the lower part of a structure having strength enough to endure the load caused by ocean current or waves, installing plural generating systems of various kinds each utilizing natural energy on the floating structure, and locating plural deep water lifting devices 1 in a staggered patter perpendicular to the ocean current.
