PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird-intimidating implement composed of a new structure utilizing the nature that small animals such as wild birds and rats avoid raptores. ;SOLUTION: The bird-intimidating implement is assembled as follows: a rotary hanger 2 is placed on the side of the top of a pillar 1 vertically erected from the ground and having a predetermined height in such a way that the hanger 2 can turn around the shaft center of the pillar 1 by a proper power source; one end of a connecting wire 3 having an intervening stretchable mechanism 32 in the proper halfway part and a proper length is joined to the right place as a support part 22 on the side of the rotating periphery of the hanger 2 in such a way as to be in a suspended condition; and the model 4 of Raptores which is comparatively lightweight and in the shape of flight attitude is attached to the other free end of the wire 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
