PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic message board discriminately displaying message information which can be viewed only by a specific person and message information which can be viewed by all constituting members without using information whose password or the like is likely to be forgotten. SOLUTION: This domestic electronic message board is provided with a first display means for displaying the contents of information which can be made public at a display part for each addressee of a family constituting member, and for displaying the number of information which can not be made public at the display part, an individual recognizing means for judging whether or not the person who requests the information which can not be made public to be made public and the addressee of the information are the same person, and a second display means for displaying the information which can not be made public at the display part only when it is judged that the person who requests the information to be made open public is the individual by the individual recognizing means. In this case, the recognition of the individual is operated by using information such as a voice or fingerprints or the like which is unlikely to be forgotten by each individual.
