(57) Abstract The application program and the computer & the system which decide the number W of samples which are needed for the high-speed test of the product, in the product like process and below the number N of test iterations which stipulate process and the high-speed test period which choose the reliability level CL which is appropriate vis-a-vis the preciseness which is needed from the result of process and the high-speed test which choose reliable target R as appropriate ones t is chosen process, and the product sample W which calculate the number W of samplesfor high-speed test N t iterating number testing, test breaking observes over the number of N t test iterations,When it is not done, the application program of the process which verifies the reliability which is needed is included. Also the manner which decides the number of N t iterations which are needed for the high-speed test of the product which has operation life is stated. When in, breaking is observed within the number of N t test iterations/time either of the above-mentioned manners, the number of test iterations/time being able to be extended at least to 2N t, new reliable level like below it is calculated. The reliability R for product design plan, is verified to the case where it is larger than the Clmin value which specifies as the smallest reliability level which new reliability level CL NEW is needed for high-speed ON test method.
