WORK FLOW DEFINING METHOD, WORK FLOW SYSTEM AND STORAGE MEDIUM IN WHICH WORK FLOW DEFINITION PROGRAM IS STORED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten flow definition time by a user or a manager in a work flow system such as a plan sanction system. ;SOLUTION: All pieces of information to specify plural concerned persons to be destination of circulation of a computerized document are inputted or information to specify one of the plural concerned persons to be the destination of circulation of the computerized document and information to specify a concerned person to be the last of circulation of the computerized document among the plural concerned persons are inputted and the plural concerned persons to be the destination of circulation are decided from the pieces of information. Regarding the plural concerned persons, attribute information to indicate attributes of each concerned person is acquired and an order of circulation among the plural concerned persons is generated based on the acquired attribute information.
