PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injector for medical use being convenient to use. SOLUTION: Before injection of a contrast medium is performed to a patient, a site for photographing, blood vessels for contrasting, the contrast medium to be used and a kind of a catheter to be used are inputted in a computor (S103-Si11). In addition, injection speed (flow rate) of the contrast medium set in an injection apparatus is inputted in the computor. Based on the inputted data, the actual flow rate and the injection pressure in the catheter when injection of the contract medium is performed under the condition in the past are retrieved from a data base and are displayed (S113). A user can estimate actual levels of the flow rate and the injection pressure of the contrast medium when the injection is performed under the present condition by taking a look at this displayed result. Based on this estimation, a pressure limit (the upper limit value of the contrast medium), and the like can be set.
