SOLUTION: A seal ring at the side of an impeller is formed out of a reinforcing ring 1511 while the other end part 1511c is extended to the side of a shaft body by way of an intermediate part 1511b formed into a cylindrical shape while one end part 1511a is fixed to an outer ring 101, an outer ring side seal ring 151 provided with a first auxiliary lip 12 and a main lip 1513 which are formed out of elastic material such as rubber, synthetic resin and the like, and with a second auxiliary lip 1514 located at the outer side far from the main lip 1513, and of a shaft side seal ring 152 which is rotated together with the shaft body while being provided with a first cylindrical part 1521 fitted with and fixed to a shaft body, an intermediate part 1522 extended to the outer side than the aforesaid first cylindrical part is extened, and with a second cylindrical part. And the main lip 1513 is movingly brought into contact with the outer circumferential surface of the first cylindrical part 1521 for the shaft side seal ring 152, the first auxiliary lip 1512 is moving brought into contact with the outer circumferential surface of a rotation member located at the inner side in the axial direction than the main lip 1513 is located, and the second auxiliary lip 1514 is movingly brought into contact with the shaft side ring 152 at the side of an outer diameter.
