PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily realize real ceramic art by using a ceramic art furnace in which charcoal is used as fuel. ;SOLUTION: In the ceramic art furnace which has a tubular firing vessel constituted of a refractory and into which the charcoal fuel 6 and a work are introduced and in which the work is fired, plural fire-blowing holes 21 are uniformly arranged in the whole area of the upper cover 20 so that the ratio of the total area of the cross sectional area of each fire-blowing hole 21 to the volume of the firing chamber is 1:250 to 1:1,000 and an air-supplying ports 9 are provided at the side face so that the ratio of the total area of the cross sectional area of each air-supplying port to the volume of the firing chamber is 1:300 to 1:1,200.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
