PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing recording paper, with which a labor for writing nursing items, which are applied to a person to be attended by a nurse, is reduced.;SOLUTION: In the nursing recording paper 1, a data entry column 3, a time entry column 5, nursing item entry columns 8 and nursing item execution columns 15 are provided.
