PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pullout guide for a drawer and the drawer provided with the pullout guide where a positional adjustment can be made to adjust only the inclination of a front plate, while the front plate is being maintained approximately at a certain height. SOLUTION: In the pullout guide for drawers (2, 3 and 4), an outside and drawer side pullout rails (6) are provided respectively on the left and right sides of each of the drawers (2, 3 and 4), and a hook 8 having a horizontal holding lug 10 is provided at the rear end of each rail (6) in such a manner that when the lug (10) is attached, it is inserted into an opening (9) of each drawer, and further the position of the lug (10) or the hook (8) having the lug (10) can be vertically adjusted on each rail (6).
