PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new compound having both of the low melting point in spite of being a comparatively high-molecular compound and low volatility, excellent in compatibility with an organic substance to be incorporated with the compound itself and useful as a new antioxidant, to provide an antioxidant comprising the same compound as an active component, and to provide a composition compounded with the same antioxidant. ;SOLUTION: This new compound is an isocyanuric acid derivative compound represented by general formula (1), wherein As are independently selected from the group consisting of 2-4C linear or branched alkylene groups; and Rs are independently selected from the group consisting of 4-24C linear or branched alkyl groups.
