PHOTOCURABLE COMPOSITION, PHOTOCURABLE COATING COMPOSITION, COATED FILM FORMED THEREFROM AND METHOD FOR COATING WOODY SUBSTRATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photocurable composition excellent in coating operability, maintaining quick-drying properties caused by photo-curing at the time of coating, and preventing the cracking (the cracking caused by heat) of the surface of the coated film formed in the upper surface of a substrate (a plywood) after the coating, and capable of improving the durability of the coated material. ;SOLUTION: The photocurable resin and the photocurable coating material comprise (a) a (meth)acrylate-based polymerizable monomer having a morpholine skeleton, (b) a monofunctional (meth)acrylate-based polymerizable monomer, (c) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate-based polymerizable monomer, (d) at least one kind of photocurable resin selected from a group comprising a urethane (meth)acrylate-based photocurable resin and a polyester (meth)acrylate-based photocurable resin, and (e) a photopolymerization initiator. The coated film and a wood work with the coated film are obtained by using the photocurable coating material. The method for producing the wood work with the coated film comprises coating the photocurable composition on the surface of a woody substrate, and irradiating the coated face with light to cure the composition and to form the cured film.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
