POLYESTER FIBER MADE OF RECYCLED POLYESTER AND CLOTHING PRODUCED BY USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester fiber and clothing made of the fiber, which generates a natural grain pattern spontaneously and hardly developing streaks on a clothing by using recycled polyester as raw material. ;SOLUTION: A polyester fiber features that organic and/or inorganic impurities are contained in an amount of at most 5 wt.% based on the weight of a polyester raw material comprising a recycled polyester as a principal ingredient, the cross sections of a polyester filament obtained by spinning and drawing the polyester have thick and thin parts at least in the longitudinal direction of a filament and there is a difference in the deepness of a dyed color in the longitudinal direction of a filament, or the fiber has a difference in the deepness of a dyed color in the longitudinal direction of a filament when having undergone test dyeing and also meets the following conditions: 30≤DE (%) ≤100; Mw/Mn≥2.6; 10≤URN (%)≤80; and 0.7≤ST10 (cN/dtex)2.6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
