METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING RAW MATERIAL FOR LIQUID FERTILIZER FROM GARBAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a raw material for liquid fertilizer by economically separating and removing non-fermenting foreign meterials from garbage and crushing and recovering fermentable garbage. SOLUTION: The main part of this apparatus consists of a crushing classifier 2 the main part of which is constituted by installing a truncated cone-shaped head, a cylindrical body part 6, an inverted truncated cone-shaped lower part 8, a bottom face screen 10, a horizontal rotary cutter 12, a foreign material- discharge port 14, a buffle plate 16 radially installed on the inside face of the inverted truncated cone-shaped lower part, a slurry receiver 18 installed under the bottom face screen, a slurry transfer pipe 26 running from the slurry receiver to a micronizer 24 through a first shut-off valve 20 and a slurry transfer pump 22 and a second shut-off valve installed on the foreign material-discharge port, the micronizer which micronizes garbage particles by receiving the slurry from the slurry transfer pipe and a micronized slurry transfer pipe 32 which transfers the micronized slurry of the micronizer to a slurry receiving tank 30.
