PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal type bright continuous annealing furnace for metal strip, in which heating temp. is high and damage to the metal strip is little. ;SOLUTION: This horizontal type bright continuous annealing furnace is the one, in which a refractory brick 1 is lined in an inside of the furnace at a heating zone A and also, a dust protecting plate 2 composed of a heat resistant steel is disposed at an upper part of the heating zone A so as to section into a heating space having the roof space and a heating means 3. Further, a spouting nozzle for removing stuck material stuck on the metal strip, is arranged above the metal strip W conveyed in the furnace near an outlet in the cooling zone.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
