PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a scrap waste material 81 from a constructional board 8. ;SOLUTION: When the interiors of a building 100 is outfitted by means of the plural constructional boards 8, the portions of some of the used boards 8 are cut off for the plural waste materials 81 to be generated.
