PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cement admixture for grouting, capable of preventing a scale from being generated, elongating the standing time after mixing, and shortening the gelatinizing time, and further to provide a grouting material.;SOLUTION: This cement admixture for grouting comprises calcium aluminate, gypsum and an agent for preventing a scale from being generated. The cement admixture can contain a strength improver and a setting retarder.
