PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate faults of increasing a cooling amount in association with an increase in a moisture amount in the atmosphere when a flat plate type radiant cooler of prior art is used, and reducing the cooling amount by receiving an influence of a strong atmospheric radiation incident from the vicinity of a ground surface. ;SOLUTION: The radiant cooler comprises a three-dimensional compound parabolic type reflecting mirror for rotating a normal compound parabolic concentrator type reflecting mirror at an axial symmetry, and a weather resistant film having high permeability of radiating an infrared ray at a opening cover.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
