PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel material friction join structure by means of high strength bolt for members having different sizes capable of improving the construction property, reducing material cost and machining cost, and shortening construction term without using a filler plate when there is a difference in thickness between abutting members.;SOLUTION: In this friction join structure by means of bolt the members having different sizes which join members whose cross sectional sizes differ, whose outer faces of slope or inner face of slope coincide when they are abutted, and which cause a difference in thickness on the inner faces of slope or the outer faces of slope by the high strength bolt using an additional plate, the additional plate comes into contact with the outer faces of slope or the inner faces of slope which coincide only.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
