PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a vegetation space for preservation of natural environment and a living space for organisms and to breed vegetables and cause living of organisms, and to preserve natural environment. ;SOLUTION: A front plate 2 is formed in an erecting state or a slightly inclining state at the front of a bottom plate x, a back plate 3 is arranged in a backward inclining state at the rear, side plates 4 are integrally formed on both sides, and one or a plurality of through-holes 5 are formed in the front plate 2. Two each of upper counterforts 6 and lower counterforts are arranged in upper and lower positions situated 1/4 of the length of the side plate from both sides on the back of the back plate 3.
