PURPOSE: To provide a fiber-reinforced plastic product having excellent weather resistance and appearance quality. ;CONSTITUTION: A prepreg, in which mat-shaped or cloth-shaped glass fibers are impregnated with a methyl.methacrylate modified unsaturated polyester resin, is laminated on the surface of an uncured sheet.molding.compound, in which a glass fiber base material is impregnated with an unsaturated polyester resin composition. Accordingly, weather resistance is improved because a long fiber-shaped glass mat and cloth are concealed by the modified unsaturated polyester resin while appearance quality is enhanced because no projection of a glass-fiber end section is generated on a surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
