PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of designing a fluid transfer system, a device of designing it, and a recording media in which a program to practice the method of designing it which can save the working time and prevent the occurrence of miscalculation or mistake in transferring a numerical value.;SOLUTION: In this method, a step for inputting the design conditions, a step for calculating coefficient of friction in the pipe, a step for calculating pressure loss in a single channel, a step for totaling the results of calculation for each single channel, a step for calculating total head of the transfer device and an effective NPSH, a step for calculating pressure at each point within the total channels, a step for practicing a convergence calculation which make the pressure at the end of final passage to coincide with pressure of site to be transferred by varying the total head of the transfer device, a step for judging at least one among judgement of total head of the transfer device, laminar flow judgement, reference flow rate judgement and vacuum generating judgement, and a step for displaying the results of these calculations and judgement are included and each of these steps is performed on the worksheet driven by the software for the table calculation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
