PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method of melting combustion by generating a generated gas including a large amount of combustible gas of which heat quantity is enough to melt an ash component of the gas by gasifying the combustibles such as waste and coal, and equipment thereof.;SOLUTION: In the method of forming molten slag by a melting furnace after gasifying the waste by a fluidized bed furnace 2, the horizontal cross section of the fluidized bed furnace 2 is a round shape, a moving bed 9 where bed material settles is formed at the center of the furnace, a fluidized bed 10 where the bed material ascends is formed at the circumference of the furnace, a circulating flow circulating through the moving bed 9 and the fluidized bed 10 is formed, the waste is fed to the fluidized bed furnace 2 generating the gas and char by the gasification of it, the ash component is melted by burning the gas and char discharged from the fluidized bed furnace 2 and fed into the melting furnace, and the slag is formed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
