PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately transmit a shape intended by a designer to a processor side, also to facilitate error corrections of the dimension figure omission, discrepancies, etc., of two-dimensional drawing, to accurately present drawing to a client, to accurately perform drawing development to a company inspector, to eliminate time loss, when the correction arrangements and replacement of drawings and inquiry about a two-dimensional drawing are performed and further to improve the shape recognition of the designer. ;SOLUTION: 2D CAD data or the dimension figures of data obtained by scanning a two-dimensional drawing are used for processing or the like, by reading the 2D CAD data and the dimension figure by a computer, rearranged as 3D CAD data and are transformed automatically. In case shape manufacturing becomes impossible due to the dimension figure omission and discrepancy in the process, the computer instructs a 2D CAD operator to prepare 3D CAD data in the form of inquiring about of the 2D CAD operator the dimension figure.
