PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a generating amount of a secondary product, to easily cut, to apply to an extensive part of a machine, and to improve capacity of recovering processing debris, in cutting the machine in a nuclear reactor. SOLUTION: This laser cutting device is provided with a laser oscillator 1, a remote control device 2, an optical fiber 3, and a processing head 4. The processing head 4 is connected to a gas-supplying device 9 for supplying cutting gas. When the nuclear reactor is decommissioned, laser beam for cutting is oscillated by the laser oscillator 1 outside the unclear reactor, introduced into the nuclear reactor by the optical fiber 3, and condensed by the cutting head 4, and the leaser beam irradiates the machine to be cut in the nuclear reactor equipment W to cut with the cutting gas blasted.
