PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional mold designing device and a three- dimensional mold designing method capable of shortening of mold design delivery by reducing processing stand-by time by facilitating a mold designing work and enabling simultaneous and parallel designing by a plurality of designers and to provide a storage medium. ;SOLUTION: A three-dimensional mold product model is magnified in expectation of mold shrinkage (a step S1), the three-dimensional mold product model is divided into a plurality of slave models (a step S2), a mold division design processing of a mold shape part is performed by the unit of the divided slave model (a step S3), mold shape component models with the same moving direction in the case of opening/closing of the mold are collected and united among the mold shape component models designed by the unit of the slave model (a step S4), the collected and united mold shape component models are divided again in consideration of workability of the molded components, established as mold components (a step S5) and change of the mold shrinkage ratio is executed if necessary (a step S6).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
