PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road structure excellent in drainage performance, that is, a permeable road surface structure, and its work execution method. ;SOLUTION: A permeable road surface structure consists of a crushed stone layer 3 laid on a roadbed 2, a concrete layer 6 formed on the crushed stone layer 3, a mortar layer 7 formed on the concrete layer 6, a paving stone layer 8 laid on the mortar layer 7, and a sand joint 10 formed between paving stones 9.
