PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten waiting times at outputting of a fault analyzing file by interrupting the output of the fault analyzing file, when a signal is received and outputting a fixed quantity of analyzing file unless the signal is received concerning fault analyzing file outputting. ;SOLUTION: An output processing part 10 divides the fault analyzing file by 1MB each by permitting the file to be a fixed quantity. Then, presence of signal reception is inquired to a reception processing part 12 whenever the fault analyzing file is outputted by 1MB. That is, the output of the file is interrupted, when the reception processing part 12 receives the signal. In the meantime, unless the part 12 receives the signal, a fixed quantity of fault analyzing file is outputted. Furthermore, the presence of signal reception is recognized again after a fixed quantity of output. Thus, the waiting time is shortened at the time of outputting the fault analyzing file.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
