PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a variable length precast concrete staircase which can mold a precast concrete staircase with a definite throat depth by filling concrete up to a definite height even when a form for the staircase is rotated in accordance with the length of the precast concrete staircase to be molded. SOLUTION: The form 2 for the staircase in which a step face form member 7 and a kick-in form member 8 are connected with each other at a staircase corner part 9 of the staircase with variable angles, a staircase form supporting member 3 for supporting the form 2 for the staircase at a definite height so as to make the staircase corner part 9 at the top, a staircase corner fixing means for fixing the form 2 for the staircase in the neighborhood of the staircase corner part 9 by an interval corresponding to the length of the precast staircase in the neighborhood of the staircase corner part 9, a step face fixing means for fixing the step face form member 7 so as to make it as a specified angle of inclination and a pivoting means for tightly fixing the kick-in form member 8 at the apex part of the adjoining step face form member 7 into a T-shape to the form 2 for the staircase whose top position and angle of inclination of the step face are fixed by the staircase corner part fixing means and the step face fixing means are provided.
