PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repetitive call control method that can automatically detect and suppress a repetitive call so as to prevent a congestion state, to provide an exchange utilizing the method and a recording medium with a repetitive call control program recorded thereon.;SOLUTION: The exchange of this invention is provided with a repetitive call detection means 52, that detects a repetitive call sharing a plurality of lines in one line group, an open means 50 that opens a line used by the repetitive call when detecting the repetitive call, a restriction means 55 that records call information of the repetitive call and restricts connection of a call, having similar call information to the call information of the repetitive call, a test means 51 that confirms whether a cause to the repetitive call is removed, and a restriction release means that releases the restriction of connection of the call according to the result by the test means 51, so as to attain the purpose.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
