PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation of a workpiece and to perform chucking. ;SOLUTION: In a jig main body 10 with a rear end part clampable at a power chuck 30 of an NC lathe, a center hole 10a, a large diameter hole 10b, a semi-circumferential cut-out groove 10c and a through hole 10d are formed. In an open jig 20 which is freely attachably/detachably provided at a tip side of the jig main body 10, a center hole 20a, a tapered hole 20b and an extendable and openable pawl part 20d are formed. A tapered shaft 12 having a screw part 12a, a key groove 12b and a tapered part 12c is inserted by passing through the center holes 10a, 20a. A whirl-stop is performed by a key 13. A suppression ring 11 is inserted from the large diameter hole 10b. A bar-shaped turning jig is inserted into an operation hole 11b via the cut-out groove 10c. The suppression ring 11 is manually rotated, and the tapered shaft 12 is screwed into a screw hole 11a of the suppression ring 11 and is driven to the left side. The pawl part 20d is extended and opened by the tapered part 12c and an inside diameter part of a workpiece W is clamped.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
