PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the system that can use efficiently multiple computer aided diagnostic(CAD) systems connected to the network according to the needs of the users. SOLUTION: When the user inputs the site and disease that requires diagnostic aid in the request information of the interpretation of radiographic images, then the server for the interpretation of radiographic image 1 selects the suitable CAD system 4a, 4b, 4c for the diagnostic aid based on the CAD characteristic database 3 and indicates the imaging server 5 to send imaging data to the appointed CAD system, receiving the returned diagnostic aid results and recording in the database for the interpretation of radiographic image 2. Thus the user can get the results of the suitable diagnostic aid from the selected CAD system from multiple CAD systems on the network.
